Unfortunately, due to health reasons we are unable to accept returns on beauty products, please choose carefully as we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if you receive the wrong or a faulty/damaged product please contact us as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Processing time usually takes 1-3 business days. Please allow extra time to process during a sale/promotional periods and holidays.

We do ship internationally buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. International shipping can take up to 2-4 weeks to be delivered.
