A liquid mixing serum can be used with pigment powders, chrome flakes, mineral makeup, metallic powders and glitters.
How To Use:
apply 1-2 drops of the liquid mixing serum , then dip the wet brush into your chrome flakes. 
Then tap the brush onto the eyelid. You may build the color to your liking .
